Below are descriptions of the known issues within Version 1.4.


The development team is currently working hard to resolve these issues:


◆ 8/10 Version 1.4.2 Known Issues


1. An issue with "reaching the max level and max experience, using energy will convert to Silver Coins" occurs when using the Daily Assault Tickets to clear quests.


Our team has fixed this issue. We won't remove the extra Silver Coins that players may have obtained due to this issue. We’re very sorry for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused.


2. An issue occurs when dispatching a character that has been added to your team in "Time Rift".


Our team has fixed the issues above and will be automatically implemented in version 1.4.2.


◆ 8/9 Version 1.4.1 Known Issues:


1. A display error occurs when players obtain Demonite from the Underground City Dispatch System.When players obtain "Demonite x40" after completing the Bonus Requirements in the LV.4 Underground City Dispatch, due to a miscalculation by the client program, the total amount of Demonite displayed in the main interface will be more than the actual amount of Demonite stored on the server.


When players restart the game or use Demonite in the game, the client program will sync with the server, which will return the amount of Demonite to normal. (In this circumstance, players may find that the amount of Demonite displayed in the client program has decreased)This display issue will not affect the actual amount of Demonite belonging to each player.


Currently our team is working hard on fixing this issue. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.


2. A display error has occurred with the specific requirements in the limited-time Event [Tailors' Investigation] When players fail an event quest in the [Tailors' Investigation], tapping "Play Again" on the result screen will allow you to re-enter the quest interface.


Tapping the return button on the top left corner will cause the screen to go blank. The game will then be unable to load the event.


Our team will perform #OnlineMaintenance to fix the issues above. After the maintenance the game will be updated to version 1.4.2.


※ This update isn't required and players will still be able to play the game with version 1.4.0 or 1.4.1, but we still recommend all players install it for the best gaming experience.


After the update is complete [Demonite x1000] will be sent to every player as compensation.Our team will post the latest news on our official website, social media platforms and in-game announcements. Please keep an eye on these to get all the latest news.


◆ 8/4 Version 1.4.1 Known Issues:


1. A display issue has occurred with the event banner


2. A display issue has occurred with the event script of [Tailors' Investigation]


3. A display issue has occurred with the name of the [Tailor Shop]


Our team will perform #OnlineMaintenance to the issues above. After the maintenance has been completed please #RestartTheGame to download the latest version.


◆ 7/28 Version 1.4.0 Known Issues:


1. An issue has occurred with the 3 star requirements in the regular event "The Demon Spire".

We will try to fix this issue as soon as possible. While the issue is being fixed, players will still be able to claim the rewards after meeting the mistaken requirements.


2. A display issue occurs with the "star requirements" after opening the battle menu in specific quests of the regular event "Time Rift".Please keep in mind that there are in fact no star requirements for this quest.

※ We plan to fix this issue in a future update


3. An issue with the background image [Resort Sands] on the main page.


4. An issue with the background image of the Top-Up Event.


Our team will perform #OnlineMaintenance to fix the 1st, 3rd and 4th issues above. After the maintenance has been completed please #RestartTheGame to download the latest version.
