11/17 TenkafuMA 1st Anniversary Fan-Art Event

Step 1: Registration (today-12/17)

1. Before 12/17/2021 15:59 (UTC), contestants’ entries will be uploaded to here.

2. After being selected by the organizer, the entry will be uploaded to the event’s official website for players to vote on.

※ Please read the Regulations Regarding Submissions within this document and fill in your information. Pay close attention to the following:

A. Your “Contestant Name” will be shown publicly during the voting stage.

B.In order to avoid any controversy, entries containing adult material will be edited accordingly when shown on the voting list, and its original version will be kept in a cloud server for interested players.

Regulations Regarding Submissions

1. By submitting your entry to our list, you will be deemed as having agreed to the rules and regulations of this event.

2.The main theme of your entry must be limited to official TenkafuMa characters. There are no restrictions on the style or appearance of your entry. It must not include any commercial content (such as advertisements or sponsor logos), but a contestant's own watermark signature will be permitted.

3. You must guarantee that your entry was created by you alone and involves no plagiarism, embezzlement or any other acts that infringe upon the rights of others or violate the law. You guarantee that you own the copyright to your work and have the right to submit your entry and negotiate with us about any possible future authorizations. If any disputes arise related to your entry, you must bear full legal responsibility.

4. Entries can include, but are not limited to, adult content. The content of your entry must not promote any kind of violence, racial discrimination, political topics or any other controversial material.The organizer reserves the right to determine if there is any content that violates the established regulations. If the above-mentioned regulations are found to be violated, the entry shall be returned to the contestant.

5. You must guarantee that all relevant information provided for this event does not infringe on the rights of others (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, portrait rights, and privacy rights) or violate any laws or regulations. If there is deemed to be any risk of violation, the organizer may immediately delete the relevant content and cancel the contestant’s participation in the contest. If the contestant in question is a prize winner, the prize shall also be withdrawn and the contestant must bear any legal responsibilities.

6. After an entry has been approved, the relevant contestant will be deemed as having authorized the organizer to modify or reproduce their entry free of any compensation. The organizer may publish the entry on spaces such as social media or an official website, or adjust the presenstation of the entry by adding mosaics. The contestant will retain the copyright for their own entry.

7. No return or modification of entries will be allowed after the registration deadline.

8. The organizer will collect personal information such as your name (nickname), email address and UID when you submit your entry. You agree that the organizer and other affiliate companies may use your personal information during the operation period without any geographical restriction. You can exercise the relevant rights in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Personal Information Protection Act. However, if you refuse to provide your personal information or provide false information, the organizer may be unable to contact you.

9. After reviewing all submitted entries, the organizer shall notify contestants of the registration results via email. After receiving a response from the organizer, your entry will be deemed as approved and you will obtain the possibility of receiving participation awards.

10. Any disputes arising from this event will be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. As a result, if it comes to litigation, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.

11. The organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this event as well as modify or change the relevant specifications of this event at any time. The organizer shall not be liable for any compensation as a result of such actions.

Step 2: Open Voting (12/22/2021 - 1/12/2022)

4. After voting, share this event on Facebook to win possible rewards (only one share per account) and grow the TenkafuMA community!

Regulations Regarding Submissions:

1. By submitting an entry, contestants will be deemed as having agreed to every article stipulated in the event’s rules, and agrees to obey the regulations of said articles.

2. No return or modification of entries will be allowed after the registration deadline.

3. After reviewing all submitted entries, the organizer shall notify contestants of the registration results via email. After receiving a response from the organizer, your entry will be deemed as approved and you will obtain the possibility of receiving participation awards.

4. If a contestant has not yet reached 18 years of age, participation in this event is prohibited. If the organizer finds out the contestant is underage, the contestant will lose all participation rights and must forfeit any prizes received.

5. Each contestant is entitled to one prize, if more than one prize is announced to be given, then only the last prize announced will be valid.

6. After the list of the reward winners for individuals sharing the event online is made public, the organizer will contact said individuals via Facebook. Please pay attention to your messages and notifications.

7. If the organizer determines whether any rules or regulations of this event have been violated, the contestant will lose all participation rights and must forfeit any prizes received. The organizer reserves the relevant rights for any behavior that may disrupt this event.
